By accessing or using Rebiha ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebiha.com.
Rebiha provides cloud-based fine-tuning of AI language models. You select a base model, choose a dataset from our catalog, configure training parameters, and we execute the training job on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Upon completion, you receive the fine-tuned model weights for download.
We do not provide the base models themselves. All base models are subject to their original licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT, Llama Community License). You are responsible for complying with those licenses.
Some base models carry additional terms beyond standard open-source licenses. Models in the Gemma family are governed by Google's Gemma Terms of Use and Prohibited Use Policy. Models in the Llama family are governed by Meta's Llama Community License and Acceptable Use Policy, which require that any distributed fine-tuned model display "Built with Llama" and include "Llama" at the start of its name. By selecting these models, you agree to comply with their respective terms, available from the model providers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed through Stripe.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing jobs booked before a price change are honored at the original rate.
We make best-effort to complete every training job, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors outside our control include:
In case of service failure, our sole obligation is to issue a refund as described in Section 5. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruption.
You retain all rights to your training data and the resulting fine-tuned model weights. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of executing your training job.
We do not permanently store your training datasets. Fine-tuned model weights are retained for 30 days after job completion to allow download, then scheduled for deletion. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use the Service to train models on illegal content, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content designed to incite violence, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
The Rebiha platform, code, and branding are our property. Base models remain the property of their respective licensors. Your fine-tuned weights are your property, subject to the base model's license terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or illegal use of the Service. You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that model outputs will be accurate or useful, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. Fine-tuning results depend on dataset quality, model selection, and hyperparameters — all of which you control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Quebec law.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date and, where significant, notified by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
